Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to feel confident upgrading to Honopinion Pro. If you're not satisfied, we offer a straightforward 7-day refund window — no questions asked.

What's Eligible

  • Pro Annual ($25/year): Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • Pro Lifetime ($79): Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase.

What's Not Eligible

  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date.
  • Annual plan renewals — if you do not wish to renew, cancel before your renewal date. We send a reminder email 7 days prior to each renewal.
  • Partial-period refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Your Pro access continues through the end of the paid period after cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@honopinion.com with subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • The email address used at checkout.
  • Your Stripe receipt number (optional — speeds up processing).

We process refunds within 3 business days. Funds typically appear back on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your account reverts to the free Verified tier. Existing pages remain active but re-enter the 30-day auto-deletion countdown. Pages older than 30 days may be removed during the next scheduled cleanup.

You are welcome to upgrade again at any time.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Cybermoji Corporation does not store card details. For disputes involving Stripe's own services, refer to Stripe's Terms of Service.
